Combine physical activity with personal and professional development.

Each day of the program includes 30 minutes of light movement woven into a 7-hour schedule focused on building jobseeking skills, confidence, and resilience. Lunch is provided, and all activities are designed to be inclusive, low-pressure, and accessible to all fitness levels. Participants can expect a welcoming environment, practical tools, and plenty of encouragement every step of the way.
