Build Resilience & Confidence
Participants learn evidence-based techniques to manage stress, regulate emotions, and overcome setbacks on the path to employment. The program will introduce a growth mindset framework, encouraging persistence and incremental progress.

Develop Employability Skills
Strengthen communication, self-awareness, and problem-solving skills that are essential for success in the workplace.

Overcome Barriers
Facilitators will guide participants in identifying personal barriers (e.g., mental health, addiction, housing) and exploring strategies to address them, including connection to local support services. The program explores how anxiety, trauma, or low confidence can affect engagement and consistency.

Clarify Goals & Purpose
Participants will explore personal values and set SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) to create a realistic roadmap toward sustainable employment. They will develop assertive communication and boundary-setting skills for use in personal and workplace settings.

Continue the Journey
Discuss navigating homelessness while seeking work, including practical tips for managing housing, hygiene, and transportation. Facilitators will provide access to local mental health and addiction support services, continuity of care. Participants engage in problem-solving and scenario-based exercises to strengthen adaptability and resourcefulness.
