    We explore the “why” behind AOD use and how it can impact all areas of life, including work. By identifying personal challenges and barriers to employment, participants gain clarity and insight—setting the foundation for meaningful change.

    Participants learn to recognise their own strengths and how to use them to move forward. With practical tools to boost resilience and motivation, this module helps build a stronger mindset for both personal growth and job readiness.

  • Purpose

    This module is about more than just finding work—it’s about finding direction. Participants create a clear vision for their future, set goals that matter, and align their actions with values that keep them committed for the long haul.

  • Inviting Change

    Real change starts with a mindset shift. Here, participants learn how to break old habits, embrace growth, and use simple techniques to build healthier, more empowering routines.

  • Re-write & Endure

    Learn to reframe past experiences and rewrite one’s story. Participants will strengthen endurance to maintain change and succeed in long-term employment.

Through structured activities, scientific and psychological concepts, and supportive guidance. ASPIRE equips participants with the mindset and strategies needed to create a purpose-filled future and overcome barriers to employment.
