Delivered alongside MHFA training, to demonstrate an organisation-wide commitment to mental health.

Mental Health First Aid and The Working Mind are complementary courses, often delivered together in workplaces.

The Working Mind builds culture: it raises awareness, reduces stigma and strengthens resilience across your workplace. MHFA, however, builds the capacity to act, coaching practical skills to recognise when someone’s struggling and respond in a crisis.

Enroll your staff in both programs, and build a workplace that holds confident conversations about mental health without judgement, and colleagues who know how to help when someone's struggling.
